Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Cum Account Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks as well as assisting with accounting-related duties.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating records and files
- Assisting in managing financial transactions
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Handling general office administration tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
- Assisting in payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
If you have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of basic accounting principles, we would like to hear from you.
