Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative support
- Liaise with main office and Company Secretary if needed
- Liaise with local authorities for licenses registration and renewal
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- To be involved in marketing activities for imported cars
- Support the sourcing of imported cars by processing required documentation
- Support the sales of imported cars in the showroom
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum: High School Graduate / Equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a related field would be an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Familiar with MS Office
- Able to work independently, responsible, and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
