Job Description
- Assist in administration tasks such as record keeping, data collection, and filing systems.
- Record employee annual leaves and summary.
- Record employee overtime work to be submitted to the Human Resources Department.
- Create monthly work schedules for employees under the Production Department.
- Monitor daily attendance of employees and report any attendance-related issues to the Human Resources Department.
- Collect and submit any employee-related documents to the Human Resources Department.
- Maintain up-to-date systems for storage, inventory, email, and databases.
- Assist in daily routine work and provide support in administrative processes.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the department head.
