Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices etc.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Assist in covering reception when necessary
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Handle and order stationery
- Handle company utility bills and other admin tasks
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Fresh graduate students from Diploma/Degree are welcome to apply
- Skills: Computer skill, communication skills, and hardworking attitude
- Candidates with related experience will have an advantage
