Job Description

Location: Kajang

Salary: RM 1,500 – RM 2,00

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe, record, and file documents.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.
• Operate office equipment such as photocopiers.
• Communicate with clients and respond to queries.
• Sort and forward mail and emails.
• Book and prepare meeting rooms.
• Book flights and accommodation as required.
• Coordinate activities and disseminate information.

Requirements:

• SPM with relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
