Job Description
- Handling incoming/outgoing emails for branch & BIC
- Coordinating incoming/outgoing courier service for branch
- Ensuring SOP/SOG documents are filed for branch & BIC
- Responsible for office facilities, such as office/inventory/toilet/air conditioner/lift/escalator, in good condition
- Ensuring fire extinguishers/hose reels are available and in good condition, monitoring expiry dates, and following up accordingly
- Settling utility bills and maintaining payment
- Following up on all tenancy agreements/contractor expiry dates
- Following up on licenses and ensuring all copies are available at the branch
- Ensuring the availability of the first aid kit at all respective locations and monitoring item expiry
- Keeping master key shops/rooms
- Ensuring photo frames are available and displayed as per protocol
- Ensuring log books/badges are available and well managed at the staff entrance
- Monitoring MOD displayed at Customer Service & Customer entrance
- Sending all relevant weekly/monthly reports to respective persons at HQ
- Preparing Branch Management schedule and sending it to the HQ operations department
- Monitoring audit reports/next steps/manager checklists/OSS checklists, etc
- Monitoring emergency procedures
- Monitoring branch equipment
- Preparing minutes of meetings
- Updating mailer/press advertisement/MMC, etc
- Monitoring Mystery Shopper Reports
- Handling OINF matters and submitting reports
- Communicating any emails from HQ or the branch to HOD/PIC/staff concern
