Job Description
Key in Purchase Orders (POs) into T100 system and ensuring that POs are updated accurately and timely.
Filing and maintaining records of import and export shipping documents, such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Declaration Forms, and ensuring they are organized and easily accessible for reference or audit purposes.
Assisting in the preparation of customs clearance documents and ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
Updating ISO vendor list with new vendor information and ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are accurate and up-to-date.
Assisting with P&L (Purchasing & Logistics) administration works.
Assisting in ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager or team leader.
