Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Syswin Controls. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls and inquiries, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and assisting with executive administrative tasks at the company’s location in Subang Jaya.

Qualifications:

• Administrative and Executive Administrative skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Clerical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in organizing and managing administrative tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Relevant certification or diploma in Administration is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
