Job description:
- Provide administrative support to the company
- Able to work in a Muslim environment
- Process and coordinate daily sales order, invoices, and other documentation.
- Maintain and organize filing system
- Preparing quotation and coordinating sales quotation with customers.
- Handle telephone, walk-in, incoming email, and call enquiries.
- Assist in general operational functions.
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Work on relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time.
- Observe, comply, and be conversant with all rules and regulations.
- Willing to work long hours if required.
