Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated female Admin Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks and assist in project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, humble, and eager to learn. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties and office support
- Email correspondence with clients and vendors
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Communication with accountants and contractors
- Proficient use of Excel, Word, and Google Drive
- Support in IT/software project coordination
- Maintain a professional demeanor
Contract Type: 12 months, RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month.
