Job Description
The job summary of Sales Admin is to act as a liaison between customers and Sales Executives. They are responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer information, and providing analysis to the Sales Manager. Additionally, Sales Admins handle after-sales customer service and perform various administrative duties for the department.
- Process purchase orders (PO) according to the given deadline by the sales manager
- Process invoices based on approved purchase orders (PO)
- Process invoices for B2B website (outright)
- Communicate with Sales Executives or customers regarding any inquiries related to purchase orders (PO) or invoices
- Perform administrative duties such as filing invoices, handling transporter claims, updating cash sales, and maintaining stock balance
