Job Description
-Perform general day-to-day administration duties such as filing, copying, scanning, emailing, and etc.
-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
-Arranging, monitoring & ordering of pantry supplies, stationeries, toiletries, and inventory for the office on a monthly basis.
-Maintain & ensure pantry replenishment in a timely manner.
-Overseeing & monitoring office environment and equipment.
-Assisting in planning & executing company events & activities such as team bonding, monthly gatherings, festival planning, and etc.
-Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks when assigned by a superior.
