Job Description
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, SQL)
- Responsible, positive attitude and hardworking
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and monitoring of daily documents
- General administrative and clerical support
- Resolve administrative issues
- Assist in drafting letters and paperwork
- Vetting incoming tenders and coordinating submissions
- Processing quotations and tender extensions
