Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Polymorph Recruitment as a fully remote Admin Assistant! In this role, you will manage cleaner schedules using Launch37 and WhatsApp, communicate with clients to confirm appointments, assist with marketing tasks, and perform basic bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and proficient with technology. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently. Previous experience in the cleaning or related industry is a plus. Please note, working hours are from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM (MYT).
