Job Description
Working Location: Batu Caves
Working Days & Hours: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Full job description: The primary responsibility is to assist in managing inventory, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth warehouse or office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To process customer’s orders and key in Sales Order related to instruments and spare parts/services.
- Assist in managing paperwork.
- Maintain organized files and records, both electronically and physically.
- Support store or warehouse operations by receiving shipments, preparing orders, and arranging transportation.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently.
- Spoken Language: Malay and Mandarin (Preferred).
- Written Language: Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
Preferred: Chinese Female (35 years old & below), (basic MS Excel, Word).
