- Document Matching
- Scan invoice
- GRN, BIL & DO (QnE)
- Key-in Invoice Statement vendor
- Check pending invoice
- Submit doc to account/QS/Etc
- Site & Machinery Cash (GRN, Key-in, Scan & Submit)
- Issue PO
- Assist to unload parts/sign do/receive goods.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent
- Able to use Microsoft Word/Excel
- Able to speak English, BM
Job Location:
- HQ – Bukit Jelutong
