Job Description
- Attend to customer inquiries from multiple platforms
- Conduct customer service survey and prepare monthly survey reports
- Drafting company internal memo and corporate emails
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Arrange distribution of retail operation inventory supplies
- Responsible for administration and human resource related matters
- Provide administrative support to the company, such as purchase, upkeep, and maintenance of office equipment & fixed assets
- Ensure all related documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained
- Prepare marketing materials and update price labels from time to time
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from management
