Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team at Nanyang Siang Pau Sdn Bhd. You will support the Purchasing function and handle daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee purchasing functions, including sourcing suppliers.
- Provide support to the CEO’s office.
- Maintain filing systems for records.
Qualifications:
- SPM certificate / Diploma in Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Salary: RM1,800.00 to RM3,200.00 per month. Onsite position.
