Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing agreement letters, training confirmation letters, and others
- Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Manage participant registration and ensure participants attend training
- Responsible for ensuring the welfare of the participants during the training period
- Arranging the training schedule and ensuring that the training runs smoothly
- Responsible for managing food & beverage and liaising with caterers during the program
- Managing health checkups with the Occupational Health Doctor clinic for participants
- Give a briefing before the class starts and a briefing at the end of the class
- Managing accommodation, transportation, and classes for participants
- Managing the registration of competent persons on the MYKKP website for successful participants
- Prepare certificates for courses and manage the delivery to participants
- Managing and communicating with program funders regarding invoices and grant submission
- Liaising and working closely with the warden to manage the participants
- Performing any other tasks as requested by superiors and management
- Strictly adhering to OHS requirements during auditing

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
