Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage clients’ inquiries
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Reply to incoming & outgoing WhatsApps/TikToks
- Documents filing
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role (fresh graduates can apply)
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary:
RM1,500.00 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM1,500.00 – RM1,600.00 per month
