Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administration tasks
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems, managing document control
- Maintaining and updating company database
- Follow all procedures in accordance with the company’s operation manual and SOP
- Fulfill and complete tasks as required in a timely manner
- Undertake any special assignments, ad-hoc jobs, or related duties as specified by the management
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates/ At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
- At least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
