Job Description
An Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Coordinate with other departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
