Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting superior with data entry, research, filing, recording, and maintaining accurate data.
- Keying in supplier invoices and cross-checking payment information.
- Supporting general office administrative duties.
- Sourcing for suppliers and vendors for project inquiries.
- Liaising with suppliers or vendors.
- Requesting quotations and invoices.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
