Job Information

Job Description

1. Answering phone calls.

2. Scheduling meetings.

3. Developing reports and presentations.

4. Maintaining corporate calendars.

5. Writing reports.

6. To do general administrative and clerical work:

• To prepare quotation, purchase order, warranty, delivery order, etc.
• To prepare letters or any documents needed by clients.
• To update the company’s licenses with authorities.
• To manage company’s vendor registration.
• To prepare monthly reports.

7. To do basic accounting:

• To prepare invoices.
• To update and follow up on payment from clients.
• To prepare monthly invoice and payment reports, as well as Statements of Account.
• To assist the Director with payment to suppliers.

8. To keep track of documentation and filing.

9. To assist with client inquiries.

10. To do any ad-hoc tasks.
