Job Information

Job Description

• To understand and proficient in the Property Management System used for the Management Office system.
• Handle phone calls, vet letters, notices, and memos.
• File documents, letters, and memos.
• Typing letters, memos, and notices.
• Provide customer service to residents/owners for complaints, inquiries, and information.
• Manage administration and front office accounts.
• Perform relevant duties related to building management and maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance jobs and records are current.
• Respond to residents’ complaints or inquiries.
• Coordinate office administration tasks.
• Keep emergency contacts updated.
• Execute billing, charges, and refunds daily.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, occupants, and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM2,100.00 per month
