Job Description
- Keep electronic and paper files accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers’ information and documentation
- To compile all documents in relation to inbound and outbound
- Issue invoice and delivery order (DO) accordingly
- To be responsible for receiving materials matching to purchase order (PO) and delivery order (DO)
- To prepare reports those are required by superior
- To assist with daily tasks assigned by the superior
