Job Description
Role:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and check claims on expenses etc in accordance with the Company’s guidelines.
- Handle purchasing and office maintenance.
- Coordinate POSM delivery for storages.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare key performance indicators.
- Handle Adhoc tasks and payments.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for project teams.
- Prepare reports as needed by the project.
- Update and track tasks in the system.
- Liaise with internal and external units to carry out job tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or at least SPM with 1 year working experience.
- Good attitude and personality.
- Punctual and adept at managing time.
- Committed and responsible.
- Display good initiative and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be willing to work in Phileo Damansara 2.
