Role:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and check claims on expenses etc in accordance with the Company’s guidelines.
• Handle purchasing and office maintenance.
• Coordinate POSM delivery for storages.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare key performance indicators.
• Handle Adhoc tasks and payments.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for project teams.
• Prepare reports as needed by the project.
• Update and track tasks in the system.
• Liaise with internal and external units to carry out job tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or at least SPM with 1 year working experience.
• Good attitude and personality.
• Punctual and adept at managing time.
• Committed and responsible.
• Display good initiative and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be willing to work in Phileo Damansara 2.
