Job Description
GETO Global Construction Tech Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to support our engineering service department. Responsibilities include managing and preparing project documents, monitoring project progress, and processing department-related data to create insightful reports for management.
The candidate will handle documentation management by updating project files, contracts, and licenses, and assist in planning departmental meetings and training sessions. Daily project administration tasks and other ad hoc assignments from superiors are also part of the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
