Job Description
- Support administrative management and coordination of related administration functions.
- Maintain, complete and up to date records and documents for all office supplies and staff asset tracking.
- Organize and ensure office is in proper conditions.
- Enter customer payments and track all money received into systems on a daily basis.
- Prepare invoice, credit note & debit note to customer.
- Reconcile account every end of month to ensure tally with debts from customers.
- Update report on a daily basis to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist in administration tasks and perform other support functions as assigned by superior.
- Good knowledge in automotive is an advantage.
