Job Description
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls and attends to courier & visitors queries.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing and ensures that all documents are complete and updated within the timeline.
- Handles general admin duties such as refreshing, office maintenance, purchasing, etc.
- Performs other related duties or ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by immediate superior.
