Job Description
- Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing.
- Maintain timely storage and organizing of records and databases (physical and electronic copies)
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Assist HR in handling private & confidential documents and filling.
- Coordinate and liaise with concerned government ministries, agencies, for all administration matters.
- Manage office supplies and bills
- Performing any relevant duties when needed.
