Job Description

Join ARMAK HOLDINGS SDN.BHD. as an Admin and HR Assistant. In this full-time role, you will provide essential office support including screening, interviewing, and testing applicants. You’ll manage personnel records, assist in payroll processing, prepare HR documentation, and communicate job opportunities to staff.

Key responsibilities include maintaining databases, preparing reports, managing telephone inquiries, and preparing employee identification materials. You must have a Diploma or Advanced Diploma, with at least 1 year of HR sourcing experience, and be proficient in English and Malay.

Location: Petaling Jaya. Salary range: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00 per month.
