Job Description
Telemarketing
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided script.
- Communicate product or service information effectively to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of telemarketing activities.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments for the telemarketing team.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Document customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate department.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
- Provide administrative assistance in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Follow up on leads generated through telemarketing efforts.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
