Job Description

JOBBUILDER is seeking a dedicated Admin/Accountant to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will handle a range of responsibilities including:

Administrative Duties:

• General administrative support (data entry, filing, answering calls)
• Coordination with internal departments and external vendors
• Logistics and shipping documentation preparation

Accounting Duties:

• Basic accounting functions (AP/AR, invoicing, payment processing)
• Assist in month-end closing and bank reconciliation

Requirements: Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Mandarin proficiency is required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM1,897.38 – RM2,839.14 per month
