Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator cum Account Assistant to join our team at Medi Lifesports (M) Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks and assisting in preparing documents for product registration.
Job Description:
- Handle basic Account Payable and Account Receivable tasks
- Prepare payments and perform related accounting work
- Perform daily account transactions, filing, monthly bank reconciliation, claims, etc.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry
- Ensure all documents are checked, validated, and matched accordingly before preparing payments
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Administrative/Office Management/Accounts or any related course
- Preferably with relevant knowledge in product registration
- Proficient in English and BM
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to carry out documentation work in a proper manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner
- Working Day: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
- EPF / SOCSO provided
