Job Description
Summary: Execute a timely delivery of accounts payable (AP). Ensure all invoice processing is performed within the agreed terms and conditions.
Duties include verifying the validity of invoices, supporting analytical reports, processing travel and expense claims, addressing payment queries, and performing supplier reconciliations.
Requirements: Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. Strong team players familiar with Microsoft Office are preferred.
Good communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is a plus.
