Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable – Payment Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and analyzing payments to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Perform data entry and maintain payment records in our accounting system.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies and issues related to payments.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment-related queries.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
