Job Description
POSITION: Accounts Payable
Job Description:
– Perform AP invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate processing within the SLA.
– Conduct invoice validation and process PO/non-PO invoices in the ERP systems or using relevant OCR tools.
– Account for assigned invoices according to the company’s policies.
– Escalate and follow up with stakeholders on problematic invoices.
– Perform supplier reconciliation and monitor open items.
– Follow up on lost or missing receipts and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,300.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
