Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors.
Key responsibilities include verifying invoice details, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential. A background in finance or accounting is preferred but not required.
