Job Description:

• Verify and post supplier invoices accurately in our accounting system.
• Interact with departmental staff to ensure compliance and accuracy of records.
• Facilitate smooth daily transaction operations.
• Liaise with colleagues and external partners, both locally and internationally.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties and administrative support.
• Prepare correspondence and respond to inquiries regarding account information.
• Escalate production issues to the team leader as necessary.
• Perform vendor reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
