Job Description

• Looking for Fresh Graduates
• To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed
• To do full set of accounts
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies, etc.
• Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation
• Prepare journal entries
• Complete general ledger operations
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Assist with year-end closings
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Assist in consolidation and foreign country accounting would be an additional advantage
