Job Description
- Looking for Fresh Graduates
- To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed
- To do full set of accounts
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies, etc.
- Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation
- Prepare journal entries
- Complete general ledger operations
- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- Assist with year-end closings
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Assist in consolidation and foreign country accounting would be an additional advantage
