Job Description
SM Rich Global SDN BHD
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of full set of accounts.
- Handle fixed assets, general ledger, inventory report, and oversee account receivables and account payables.
- Overseeing daily transactions (e.g., account payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation).
- Liaison with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit/tax.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- To be a team leader, able to train and monitor proper workflow.
- Position is based in Setia Alam, Selangor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts and/or Finance;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field;
- Multi-tasker, fast learner, independent, self-motivated dynamic, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and meet deadlines;
- Resourceful, result-oriented, work well under pressure, and committed to working long hours to deliver results;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other accounting software;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels;
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions;
- Ensure that KPI and all assigned tasks and deliverables are completed as per the timeline or earlier;
- Protect company’s information and interests at all times.

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
