Job Description

Record all the tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes from suppliers into the system.

Ensure payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

File all the supplier’s invoices and payment vouchers for audit and tax purposes.

Review reports and vendor reconciliation and take action on overdue open items.

Prepare utility and fixed expenses report.

Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Handle Petty Cash and staff claims.
