Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated financial report and budget
- Prepare and maintain full-set of accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, and compliance with all requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and bankers
- Coordinate annual budget, budget review, and forecasting
- Monitor cash flow position
- Assist in preparing management accounts of subsidiaries
- Supervise and provide training to subordinates
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
