Job Description
· Monitoring & checking for data entry for billing & costing on a timely and accurate basis for all branches up to billing closing data.
· Issuance of credit note to customers (for branch) and checking data entry for company transactions.
· Monthly Billing Closing activities – Monitoring billing & payment status and preparing cost invoices for payment processing.
· Assisting in ad-hoc tasks assigned by Billing Head and conducting Billing Self-Audit at Branches Office.
· Assist in Account Department audits and maintain monthly billing meeting minutes.
· Liaising with RSO/Swivel for system issues.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From RM2,00.00 per month
