Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- Good time management in achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Fair communication skills and command of English – written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point.
- Having knowledge of the accounting system D365 is an advantage.
Job Descriptions:
1) General Ledger
- Prepare, maintain and monitor all the control account, prepayments, accruals, deposits, sundry debtors, and any other sub-ledger account and perform accounting entry promptly and accurately.
- Check the entries and GL posting.
- Ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing activities.
2) Financial Reporting and Tax
- Prepare the management reports and comply with accounting standards and guidelines from authorities.
- Assist in preparing statutory financial statements in accordance with Approved Accounting Standards.
- Assist in preparing tax computation and estimates.
- Meet all reporting deadlines.
3) Management Expenses
- Assist in compiling expenses data.
- Assist in preparing, analyzing, and monitoring expenses budget and forecast.
- Assist in maintaining proper records for inter-Company Transactions.
