Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Ensure timely, accurate, and completeness of period end closing activities
- Monitoring – AP reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Review creditors aging, ensure payment activities are settled on a timely manner
- Maintain records of all financial documents with appropriate supporting materials & update record as necessary
- To liaise with sub-con driver and installer pertaining to accounts payable
- To ensure completeness of accounts payable within a given due date
- To ensure all suppliers’ invoices are captured before month-end closing
- Ensure accurate transactions are properly recorded and posted to the correct GL codes
- Assist with the annual Audit
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:-
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree
- Good in English (written & verbal), Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in MRP will be an added advantage
- Computer literate especially in MS Excel
