Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of accounts payable functions including data entry of supplier invoices with accurate accounting codes, descriptions, and other details, prepare daily and monthly payments to suppliers, process payment vouchers, verify supplier statements, etc.
- Issue invoices to customers based on quotations
- Support month-end closing processes, recording in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage any other accounting duties assigned by management
