Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate must have knowledge in handling Genset (TNB Vendor / outside Job)
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
- Preparing payment voucher, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
- Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
- Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
- Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
- Follow up with customer payments before for Genset outside job
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, attend to customer queries about Genset.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have knowledge in TNB Genset
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
