Job Description
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
- Handle bank deposits
- Prepare formal and tax invoices
- Contact customers and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Monthly reports on accounts payable and receivable status
- Update internal SQL accounting database and spreadsheets
- Handle administrative tasks
- Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and company-related forms
- Assist in preparing periodic project reports
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and verify expense reports
